The house has a good size living room with a sofa bed, fire place and a characteristic wood mezzanine, 2 light and spacey double bedrooms with pleanty of storage space and mezzanines. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second has 2 single beds, small kitchen with all utilities (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob), bathroom with bath-shower and bidet. Outside there is a spacious patio with a table and chairs. The house is very confortable for 4 people but is organized with a sofa bed and a single sofa bed to sleep easily in 6.

The house is located in a very green residential area of Colle Romito with 3 parks and play areas for children. With in walking distance there are Restaurants-Pizzeria, Bars-Pubs, Ice Cream Shops, bakery, supermarkets and many other shops.
